The Video Watermark tool uses Canvas compositing to overlay watermarks on video frames. For image watermarks, the logo is loaded as an Image element and drawn onto the Canvas using drawImage() with configurable position, size, and globalAlpha for opacity. For text watermarks, fillText() and strokeText() are used with the specified font and color. The watermark is applied after drawing the video frame, creating a composite image per frame. Position presets (top-left, top-right, bottom-left, bottom-right, center) calculate coordinates based on video and watermark dimensions with padding. The watermark opacity is controlled via the Canvas context's globalAlpha property, and globalCompositeOperation can be used for blend mode effects.
