Technical Guide

The splitter calculates tile dimensions by dividing image width by columns and height by rows. For each tile, drawImage extracts the corresponding region from the source onto a temporary canvas at the tile dimensions. Each tile is exported as PNG via toDataURL. Tiles are named with row_col indices for easy reassembly. Any remainder pixels from non-evenly-divisible dimensions are trimmed from the right and bottom edges.
